5. Pricing and Payments

Service fees are displayed clearly at the time of booking. All payments must be made in full before a delivery is dispatched. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect services already booked.


6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely deliveries, Splytship is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused by force majeure (accidents, natural disasters, delays beyond our control)

  • Delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate delivery information

  • Prohibited items sent against our policy

Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value or an agreed maximum compensation amount.


7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deliveries can be canceled before dispatch for a full or partial refund. Once a delivery is in progress, cancellation may not be possible, and fees may apply. Refunds are processed within a reasonable period after approval.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Splytship platform — including logos, images, software, and written material — is owned by Splytship or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.


9. Modification of Terms

Splytship may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
